Application
The Ritual:
Activate one true teaspoon of powder with just shy of equal parts water to form a soft mousse. Massage into shower-softened, damp skin with the pads of your fingertips, leaving for a few minutes. Rinse, facing into the water and letting the shower stream rehydrate and easily wash the formula away.
Continue your massage for another minute after the grains have rinsed clear - often, you can feel dead skin releasing at your fingertips in this step! This is where the real magic is.
To maximize your results & pleasure…
• Use a 1 teaspoon measuring spoon to bring The Clean Dirt to its characteristic fluffy, fizzy, mousse texture. Don’t skimp!
• Begin in the shower with steam-softened skin for best results.
• Pair The Clean Dirt with your hair care, treating yourself on shampooing days to discover your perfect rhythm.
• Keep massaging even after you’ve rinsed to fully shed built-up dead skin.
• Don’t forget to treat your neck, chest, shoulders, armpits(!), and even feet.
• Use a bowl and our Facial Treatment Brush to minimise mess and maximise ease when blending from powder to mousse.

May's Tips
The Clean Dirt gently exfoliates, easing congestion and helping you to shed dead and dehydrated skin. This stimulating treatment transforms and refines skin's appearance - addressing issues of uneven skin tone and discolouration, dryness and flakiness, oil imbalances and acne. It helps to fade scars and residual redness from past outbreaks while brightening your overall complexion.
I would begin by using this every second or third day, increasing if you like as your skin adjusts. This formula removes light makeup and the daily grime. It is an exfoliant, so is not to be used to remove eye makeup. If you wear very heavy foundation, a separate makeup remover would be recommended, but if it is a light liquid or powder, you will be just fine to use The Clean Dirt alone.
I recommend cleansing with The Honey Mud on the opposite side of the day and on in-between days (The Clean Dirt in am, The Honey Mud in pm, or vice versa). You can also use The Honey Mud just before your exfoliation treatment with The Clean Dirt or prior to The Problem Solver - and for an extra special treat, try blending The Honey Mud with either of the powder formulas (The Clean Dirt or The Problem Solver).
